Booking
Conditions
In a change from
previous years, we now only prepare and deliver meals that are
suitable for self-service.
Our terms are 20%
deposit on booking, with the balance due 10 days before the
function.
Deposits should be
considered as non-refundable.
Additions to
numbers must be advised and paid for as soon as possible.
Reductions in numbers do not normally attract a refund as the
base price is calculated on the original numbers.
We
would normally expect to arrive between 6-6.30 pm for an
evening function.
We
are happy to discuss and advise on the dining layout, with
you. However, the preparation of the dining room, table linen,
glasses, crockery, cutlery etc should be done by you before we
arrive.
All
buffets are offered on a self-service basis. We normally
prepare and arrange buffets, carve any meats and leave the
kitchen clean and tidy. We do not stay to the end of the
function to clear away |
