We are located in the centre of Coniston village. Access to the guest house is available at any time using an electronic door access system. The code is made available to you after you book. On Street (free) and pay-and-display car parking is available within easy walking distance. Please ask if you require assistance with luggage. We will not move any baggage heavier than 20 kg. Main Entrance, Reception and Breakfast Room are all located on the ground floor. The front entrance has two steps. The front door is always locked and accessible via the door access code or with your room key. There is a lounge available from 8am to 5pm subject to availability.
We have 11 en-suite bedrooms; 7 are situated on the first floor and 4 (including the suite) on the second floor. All en-suite bathrooms have shower, some with a step access. The 1st floor is reached by 17 steps, and is well lit. The 2nd floor is accessible via a narrow awkward stairs and not suitable for anyone with mobility problems or a problem with stairs. The covering on stairs and upstairs corridors is short pile carpet. All Bedrooms are en suite. There are public WC facilities available in the café during café hours. Allergy advice- Please let us know in advance if you have any specific allergies so we can advise and try to accommodate them. All duvets and pillows are man-made fabric and contents. Pets are welcome in bedrooms 1 to 7, but rooms are deep cleaned following pet departure.
We have a ground floor cafe open from 8am to 5pm daily. There is free wifi in the cafe also.
